If we surface a clause as off-market, the panel shows the benchmark we’re comparing against and where it came from. No vibes-based flags. If we can’t cite it, we don’t raise it.

There is no BDR layer. There is no qualifying call. You book a 20-minute slot, the founder shows up, you bring a real contract. If Citrus isn’t the fit, we say so on the call — not in a polite no-thanks email two weeks later.
04 · REFUSE
Not now, not later, not as part of a pivot, not via a subsidiary. It’s in the DPA. It’s in the audit log. It’s the default. If a future investor asks us to change that, the investor leaves, not the policy.
05 · REFUSE
Citrus is a triage layer. It flags what a lawyer should look at, and what procurement can close without escalation. If a customer asks us to auto-sign on their behalf, the answer is no. Forever.
